This Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the relationship between Elite Web Technology Partners (“EWT Partners”) and independent sales partners (“Partner,” “you,” or “your”).

1. Appointment and Scope

EWT Partners appoints you as an independent, non-exclusive partner authorized to refer merchant clients to our payment processing services. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

2. Partner Obligations

You agree to:

  • Refer merchant clients according to EWT Partners’ guidelines
  • Provide accurate information about services and pricing
  • Maintain professional standards in all business interactions
  • Complete required training and certification programs
  • Comply with all applicable payment industry regulations

3. Compensation

Residual Commissions: Partners earn ongoing residual income based on the processing volume of referred merchants. Commission rates are outlined in your partner onboarding package.

Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, typically within 30 days of the processing month end.

Bonus Programs: EWT Partners may offer performance bonuses, spiffs, and incentive programs at its sole discretion.

4. Merchant Ownership

All merchant accounts referred by the Partner become clients of EWT Partners. The Partner retains commission rights for the lifetime of the merchant relationship, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

5. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from EWT Partners, including but not limited to pricing structures, commission rates, merchant data, and business strategies.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. EWT Partners may terminate immediately for cause, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of this Agreement
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Damage to EWT Partners’ reputation
  • Failure to meet minimum performance standards

7. Surviving Terms

Sections regarding confidentiality, commission payout for existing merchants, and limitation of liability survive termination of this Agreement.
