These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Elite Web Technology Partners’ (“EWT Partners”) website, services, and partner program. By accessing our website or joining our partner program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Partner Program Eligibility

To become an EWT Partners affiliate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Agree to represent EWT Partners professionally
  • Maintain an active merchant book as required by program terms

2. Commission Structure

Partner commissions are calculated based on the processing volume of merchants you refer. Key points include:

  • Commissions are paid monthly based on eligible transaction volume
  • Rates are determined by your partner tier and agreement
  • EWT Partners reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days’ notice
  • Residual income continues as long as referred merchants remain active

3. Partner Responsibilities

As an EWT Partner, you agree to:

  • Conduct business ethically and professionally
  • Not make false or misleading claims about our services
  • Comply with all payment industry regulations
  • Protect confidential information
  • Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity

4. Prohibited Activities

Partners may not:

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Misrepresent EWT Partners’ services or rates
  • Use our trademarks without prior written consent
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Termination

EWT Partners reserves the right to terminate or suspend your partner account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding commissions will be paid according to standard schedule
  • You must cease using EWT Partners’ branding and materials
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination

6. Limitation of Liability

EWT Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in the partner program.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
